Management are committed to monitoring the laboratory operations to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the current ISO 5189 Std, accreditation bodies requirements and related statutory regulations. Documented and implemented quality management systems are reviewed for continual improvement into ensure relevancy.

The laboratory fulfils its commitment to customers, management established and reviews quality objectives annually and all staff members are required to familiarize themselves with contents of the quality management system.
